1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is physically damaged (unboxing video proof required)
- Wrong item delivered
- Manufacturing defect (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or wrong item claims.
2. Return Request Time
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted
3. Replacement Policy
- We offer replacement only (no refunds)
- Replacement will be processed after product inspection
- If the returned item fails quality inspection, it will be sent back to the customer
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or installed products
- Products damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Display, touch, IC, or motherboard after installation
- Products damaged due to improper handling
5. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim damage or wrong product:
- Video must clearly show unopened parcel
- Shipping label must be visible
- Damage or issue must be clearly shown in the video
Claims without proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping cost is borne by the customer
- Shipping will be covered by Mobos.in only if the mistake is from our side
7. Warranty Policy
- No warranty on physical damage
- Testing warranty is valid only before installation
- Installed products are not eligible for return or replacement
